Hispanic ALLIANCE for Clinical and Translational Research.
The overall goal of the ALLIANCE is to enhance and consolidate the existing research infrastructure to increase research productivity, particularly in the areas of clinical and translational research in Hispanic populations and to facilitate intra-institutional and multi- or
inter-disciplinary collaborations.
Role: Co-Leader of the Clinical Research Resources Facilities (CRRF) and Biostatistics, Epidemiology and Research Design (BERO) Cores.

North American AIDS Cohorts on Collaboration and Design (NAACCORD)
The goals of NA-ACORD are to address additional scientific aims related to events that cannot be as well­ studied in smaller cohorts, and emerging issues in HIV clinical care such as the impact of aging on HIV treatment response . To collaborate with other regional cohorts in IeDEA to compare results and address questions of inter-regional importance.

Exosome-Mediated Soluble Insulin Receptor Secretion Correlates with HAND.
The goal is to evaluate the effect of the Exosome-Mediated Soluble Insulin Receptor Secretion as biomarker for the HIV Associate Neurocognitive Disorders.
